It's a first since 2016. The Tour organizers have reserved a nice surprise for the riders with this time trial, the second of this edition , on a slope this Friday, July 18.

After a very energy-consuming mountain stage the day before, the brave riders of this Tour will have to tackle the ascent of Peyragudes from Loudenvielle, an 8 km climb at 7.9%, which could cause even more damage to the general classification.

Given the profile of this time trial, the stage is unlikely to be won by a specialist in the discipline, but rather by a favorite for the overall victory. So let the show begin between Tadej Pogacar, Jonas Vingegaard , and Remco Evenepoel!

The 13th stage between Loudenvielle and Peyragudes will be broadcast from 12:55 p.m. this Friday, July 18, on France Télévisions (France 2 and France 3) and Eurosport 1, as well as live with commentary on our website leparisien.fr .
