Tour de France 2025. Legendary passes, the last of the Pyrenees... follow the 14th stage between Pau and Luchon-Superbagnères

Tour de France 2025. Legendary passes, the last of the Pyrenees... follow the 14th stage between Pau and Luchon-Superbagnères

The general point

The Pyrenean triptych ends today with a stage that promises to be contested within the breakaway but also with the peloton if the leaders have any desire for victory at the top of Luchon-Superbagnères.

After his demonstration Thursday in Hautacam and Friday in the time trial, Tadej Pogacar has the yellow jersey firmly on his shoulders. Jonas Vingegaard is already more than four minutes behind , even if he seems to be "the strongest of the others." On the other hand, the battle for the podium promises to be very competitive until Paris, with Remco Evenepoel far from imperial as the slope rises for the moment.

The general classification before the 14th stage:

1. Tadej Pogacar (SLV, UAE Team Emirates) in 45h45'51''2. Jonas Vingegaard (DAN, Visma-Lease a bike), +4'07''3. Remco Evenepoel (BEL, Soudal-Quick Step) +7'24''4. Florian Lipowitz (ALL, Red Bull-Bora Hansgrohe), +7'30''5. Oscar Onley (GBR, Picnic PostNL), +8'11''

6. Kévin Vauquelin (FRA, Arkea-B&B Hotels), +8'15''

7. Primoz Roglic (SLV, Red Bull-Bora Hansgrohe), +8'50''8. Tobias Johannessen (NOR, Uno-X Mobility), + 10'36''9. Felix Gall (AUT, Decathlon-AG2R La Mondiale), +11'43'

10. Matteo Jorgenson (USA, Visma-Lease a bike) +14'15''
