The curtain falls on Equita Lyon with an all-French podium.

The Equita Lyon horse show ended in style with a 100% French podium at the Grand Prix World Cup show jumping final.
The curtain has fallen on Equita Lyon, Europe's largest horse show. After thrilling equestrian enthusiasts for nearly a week, the event concluded in style on Sunday, November 2nd, at the Eurexpo international arena. As every year, the Grand Prix final of the show jumping World Cup kept the 7,000 spectators on the edge of their seats until the very end.
The final result: French Olympic medalist Olivier Perreau emerged victorious with a flawless round and jump-off, completing the course in 43.25 seconds aboard GL events' Dorai d'Aiguilly. French riders Julien Epaillard, riding Fringan de Vesquerie, and Antoine Ermann, riding Floyd des Prés, rounded out the podium, securing a French sweep for the spectators.
" I am thrilled to see these three riders on the podium at the Longines FEI World Cup Grand Prix in Lyon; it's simply a dream come true for an organizer," said Sylvie Robert, president of GL events Equestrian Sport, after the competition. With their two clear rounds, the three French riders triumphed over the 39 other international pairs who started the 1.60m class.
