This weekend of July 18-20, 2025 will have been rich in exploits, such as the first career title of tennis player Loïs Boisson in Hamburg, the coronation of golfer Scottie Scheffler at the British Open or the great performance of Tim Wellens , teammate of Tadej Pogacar , during the 15th stage of the Tour de France.
It was also marked by disappointments, led by the elimination of the French women's football team from the Euro. Other disappointments included the three-defeat tour of the French XV against the All Blacks, the failed return of sprinter Noah Lyles and the near victory of Julian Alaphilippe .
