By Julien Lec'hvien and Victor AlexandreWith the end of winter approaching, some people may already be thinking about swapping their blanket for a pair of sports shoes . But motivation isn't always enough to go and sweat under a still hesitant sun. To increase your chances of coming out of hibernation and working on your cardio, it's better to live near infrastructure and grounds or benefit from the support of professionals within a structure dedicated to sports practice.
In this respect, not all cities are equal. To determine the best places to practice a sporting activity, Le Parisien compared the 95 Essonne municipalities with more than 2,500 inhabitants by giving them a score out of 20. To do this, we took into account 28 criteria divided into three categories: diversity and density of sports facilities, number of licensees and sports clubs per inhabitant, air quality.
