This weekend, at the French Aquathlon Championships, the athletes of Team Master Tri 24 shone with two titles and a silver medal. They ended their season on a high note.

Valérie Ducatillion and Fabrice Bossion are definitely unstoppable. After competing at the European and World Championships in Spain, the Périgord couple lined up in Angoulême for the French Aquathlon Championships, under the Team Master Tri 24 colors. They were accompanied by Xavier Tupet and Sébastien Sudrie. The former won the French Championship title (50-55 age category), while the latter, injured after his World Championship title in Pontevedra, was unable to finish the race.

As for Valérie Ducatillion and Fabrice Bossion, they were brilliant. The Périgourdine, after a 4th place in the European Championships and a 14th place in the World Championships, took the silver medal in Angoulême. After swimming 1,000 meters in 19-degree water and running 5 kilometers in sweltering heat, she finished 2nd in her category (55-59 years).

Fabrice Bossion wins in his category

Fabrice Bossion, for his part, has tasted gold.

European champion on his 60th birthday, bronze medalist at the world championships, the Périgourdin won the title of French champion in the 60-64 age group. It's the end of the season for Team Master Tri 24, who are now focusing on a well-deserved rest before tackling the new season and winning, again, plenty of titles.
