2025 Tour de France Women's Nap Guide: Take a Nap at the Right Time

July 26 marks the start of the fourth edition of the Tour de France Femmes, the Grand Boucle for professional cyclists, which will run until August 3. As with the men's race , each of the nine stages has its slower times, long straights or gently rolling courses, ideal for resting even the most seasoned spectators.
Don't feel guilty: even with a bit of a snore during the 40 kilometers between Challain-la-Potherie and Montreuil-Juigné (Maine-et-Loire), you shouldn't miss anything of the third stage – not even a small section.
To make it easier for you to identify these suspended moments, we've broken down the nine stages of the competition, using the time slots for each difficulty, and conversely, identifying the weaker moments. Below, you'll find a graphical translation of each stage and the estimated duration of the intervals for taking a nap or, conversely, settling down in front of the television so you don't miss a thing of this great summer spectacle.
For each step, our application offers you the option of creating a reminder to add to your calendar.
The lines represent the difficulty of the climbs, not the exact profile of the stage.
