Liverpool will have a significant absence for the match against Newcastle in the Premier League

Liverpool face Newcastle on Wednesday in the 17th round of the Premier League, but the club will have a delicate absence.
Coach Arne Slot will not be in the dugout after receiving a two-match ban for his behaviour following the derby against Everton (2-2), the English Football Association announced on Wednesday.
Liverpool manager Arne Slot handed two-match ban "The Liverpool head coach acted inappropriately and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards the match referee and an assistant referee following the end of the match," the FA said.
In the match on February 12, Everton equalised in the final seconds of the derby, causing chaotic scenes on the benches.
Slot and his assistant Sipke Hulshoff were sent off after the final whistle for protesting to the referee against James Tarkowski's equaliser, which was validated after the intervention of the VAR, reported AFP:

"Arne Slot has admitted the facts and the disciplinary committee has imposed a two-match suspension on him and a fine of £70,000 (€88,500)," the FA continued.
“I should have reacted differently after the match, but it is an emotional sport and sometimes individuals make bad decisions and that is something I did,” the Dutchman lamented two days after the match.
Slot will also miss the match against Southampton on March 8 but not the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 against PSG on March 5, as his suspension only applies to domestic competitions.
