The 2025 Vuelta a España is one of the three major Grand Tours in professional cycling. From late August to mid-September, the world's best riders will battle for the prestigious red jersey (La Roja) in approximately 21 stages. The 1st stage of the Vuelta a España 2025 is on Saturday, August 23rd , The race started in Turin . The total distance is 3,138 kilometers . The first three stages will take place in Italy, with the finish in Madrid on September 14, 2025 .

The red jersey is the coveted leader's jersey of the Vuelta a España and is awarded to the rider leading the overall standings. It is the symbol of the leader.

- Tour de France: In July, prestigious and balanced. Jersey: Yellow (Maillot Jaune).
