Another factor in the French side's favor is that striker Ousmane Dembélé is fit again in time for this second match. The former Borussia Dortmund striker scored the winning goal in London last week. However, he was subsequently sidelined for several days with a thigh injury.
Neither club has ever won the Champions League or its predecessor, the European Cup. PSG has been backed by the Emirate of Qatar for 14 years, but despite billions of dollars in investment, they have only reached the final once. They lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich in 2020. Arsenal last reached the final in 2006, when they lost 2-1 to Barcelona.
The final will take place on May 31 in Munich.
